ZERO STAR
First impressions matter, and unfortunately mine were not positive. The leasing process was poorly explained, and communication was lacking throughout. We were missing only one document and had received notice that we had 48 hours to provide it, yet our application was canceled before that timeframe expired.
The leasing agent, Gino, was unhelpful and unwilling to provide options or guidance. Although our income and credit had already been approved, the apartment was rented to someone else before we were given the opportunity to resolve the missing requirement. After reading other reviews and experiencing the lack of customer service firsthand, I'm relieved I won't be moving here.
