RUN, RUN, RUN! You can't run away fast enough from this apartment complex. Please don't be fooled by the lobby, pool and other shiny amenities. These are about the only places the leasing office and management company actually keep up with, and that's for appearance sakes. From the day of move in to the day I moved out - to say it's been an awful experience, is an understatement.
The elevators break on a monthly basis. The buildings fire alarms go off selectively per floor, not alerting you... when there's a true fire in the building. The parking garage gates are broken as often if not more than the elevators. The area is not safe - there are often multiple police cars and fire trucks that report to the building for whatever reason.
You're paying Brickell/South Beach prices while being wedged between US1 and 826 highway. Balcony is not relaxing, very loud because of the traffic.
This is not a luxury high rise building - it's a crappy apartment complex at best.

“I’ve been living in this new apartment building for a while now, and overall, it’s been a good experience. The location is fantastic—convenient and well-connected, making it easy to get around. The building itself is modern, and the amenities are nice.
However, there are a couple of issues I think the management should address. First, while I appreciate the vibrant community, the smoking situation is a concern. I’ve shared this with management, but not solved yet.
Secondly, parking for... guests is a real challenge. As someone who lives here alone, when my kids or my friends come to visit, there’s often nowhere for them to park. It would be great if they could improve this aspect to make hosting guests easier.
Overall, it’s a good place to live, but I hope the management will address these concerns for an even better experience.”

Liz was so rude to me. She lied constantly to me and then told me the person who takes care of me can not come here any more. It is a shame Rosie is not in charge

Crest is a building that looks great on the outside but has a lot of problems on the inside that really should not be problems if the community rules were being followed. A majority of the residents are great, but you also have enough rule breakers that make the overall experience quite annoying at times. Be prepared to have the front desk on speed dial to report problems, but my recommendation would be to submit anything online and take pictures in case they don’t resolve the problem after the... first few times you report the same problem.
