i been a resident at Ludlam point since 2017 i moved in when my daughter was 11 i love that is safe and community staff are very nice and help[full same as maintenance apartment are nice i recommend

So far the experience living here has been great! The community is always nice and quiet, other residents are respectful and considerate of one another. Locations is unbeatable and overall it was quick to feel cozy and at home. My husband and I are very happy with our decision to move here!

As an almost 3 year resident at Ludlam Point, the staff, amenities and location have and continue to exceed my expectation. The property is located 20min from all the main cities staples - i.e. 10min to UM, 5min to Starbucks, shopping plaza's and cute downtown South Miami or 10min from Downtown Gables with it's signature restaurants and cultural activities and tree-lined streets. Most importantly, it's a VERY safe and quite neighborhood with a well rated magnet elementary and middle school... nearby. Lastly, the staff is always available and prompt in addressing all request.
