Parkview in the Roads- Four story building, unit is on the top floor. Updated, recently refreshed 600 square foot unit perfect for graduate student, faculty/staff or a couple. Building is close to the "fun" area of Brickell and across the street from... a small park. Twenty minute commute from UM but also close to MetroRail station.
