Common areas are fully furnished and kitchen is fully equipped. All Bedrooms are furnished with a bed, desk, and chair (as pictured). Rent includes utilities, wifi, and parking. NO ADDITIONAL MONTHLY FEES. We also provide a cleaning service monthly for common spaces. Ring security system with exterior lighting. Impact (hurricane) windows and doors. 2 outdoor patios and large backyard space. QUIET AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. Strictly, NO PETS and NO SMOKING.
