Rental is for 1 Bedroom, in a 2 Bedroom House. House has 1 Bathroom which is to be a Shared Bathroom. Access to Bedroom is via Main House. Tenant will, naturally, have house keys and full access and exit at will.

House owner is a retired-Cuban... American banking professional with a son and daughter who live away in the Miami area and is a responsible property owner.

Females should find satisfactory premises even thought house bathroom is to be a shared bathroom.

The Rental Room has a Fridge and a Microwave, and a TV connected to the House Wi-Fi network. Tenant can freely connect to the house Network for High-Speed Internet.

There is no stove or kitchen in the room. Prospects should be aware that food can be refrigerated in Room Fridge and meals can be done via warming in Microwave provided in room; or meals taken at outside food locations.

That one bedroom to be rented is to be the main occupancy area by the tenant.
The Owner is the only occupant and uses the Main Bedroom, and the house's Living Room as the owner's part-time office.

The Bathroom in the House has a Bathtub and a Shower, which are in satisfactory condition and are regularly maintained; tenant can use bathtub or shower at their preference.

Room to be available after May 19, 2025.
Prospects can visit at any time to see room, and to evaluate if location is convenient regarding transportation to educational and/or work centers, etc.

After visiting, owner can provide, or e mail, to an interested prospect, a brief rental application for prospect to complete and return if finds that room features, location and transportation facilities appears satisfactory.

Tenants are expected to assist, or to be currently assisting, a local University, College, or Vocational Studies in Area, and will be expected to provide evidence of a few of the following depending on personal circumstances:
Student Enrollment.
Ability to pay, and/or Fairly Satisfactory Credit Report.
Clear Police Report (the owner can give the prospect how to access Police Records).

Owner will be willing to make case-by-case exceptions on mutually convenient basis.
Looking for a respectful, considerate and responsible person. Brief Guests visits during day may be acceptable. Night visits are not welcome.
