Valencia Apartments

Looking for a female grad student or young professional to fill a room in a 4 bed 3 bath apartment at Valencia (6001 SW 70th St, South Miami) starting August 15th. The lease goes until Jan 15th, with the option to renew if desired. We are all current... or recently graduated UMiami students in our late twenties so we are preferably looking for someone around our age who is respectful and clean! The room is $1,050 a month including utilities, a pool and a gym. It’s a fully furnished apartment and the bedroom comes with a full sized bed, side table, dresser and desk. Bathroom is shared but large! Parking would need to be rented from the building for an additional cost. We’ve lived here almost 4 years and love it, please message me if interested and I can provide additional photos!
