I’ve had a fantastic experience living at The Palmer Dadeland. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds are always well-kept, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment. The amenities are top-notch, with [mention any specific features like the gym, pool, common areas, etc.] providing great spaces to relax and unwind. The location is also ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and... public transportation. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, well-maintained community to live in!

When I moved in, I expect it to be living in the Palmer advertised. Instead, the problems with the elevators, dog urine on the hallways, the pool, etc…everything that I was sold on, was never what I thought. This place is too expensive for what it offers.
