The room is spacious, sunny, and airy. Venetian blinds allow control of natural light in room. The bed is a double, and has a comfortable BeautyRest mattress.
You may use the downstairs kitchen and share the kitchen 'fridge, and use the washer and dryer.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house itself is on 1.3 acres of land with lots of vegetation, so there's kind of a country-in-the-city feel. The house is a 1950s ranch-style, so if you need new and contemporary, this isn't the place for you; but if you want a peaceful setting and a casual, country-like environment, this fits the bill.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway on the property.
The University of Miami campus is less than 1 mile away.
