Great service in the office. The only drawback seen is the floors peeling, no security, especially in the pool areas over the weekend when you have alcohol, smoking and late hours. I myself am a property manager for one of the largest companies in Florida, and it's surprising to see this. Other than that, the gym and the pool by the office is where I go. A big shout out to the office staff and manager.

Súper, me encanta este condominio. Tengo parqueo siempre, los vecinos son cháveres, aunque hay una señora q pasea su perro en coche que se mete en cosas que no tiene que ver con ella. En lo demás todo super. Y feliz de ser residente en Solina

I love my home. It’s almost always clean and quite. It’s super close to work and all the places we need to go. Living here has been great. Even the dogs love it.

Excellent service since the moment you walk in, the treatment, the staff and they way I was treated made me feel like I needed to rent at that place. I really like how everything was handled and they way everything was explained to me with details like I didn’t even had to ask for, everything is clean and well organized and the introduction to the place and the tour got me in love. I really recommend Solina Apartments if you are looking for a calm and peaceful place to live.
