Entrance is via typical Iron Wire Garden Gate, and Lawn Grass will be update in the near future to provide more amenable... entrance to Independent Bedroom. Property is Near Brickel Area; not immediately close to Bus and Metro Rail, but maybe about 1/2 mile from property.
Rental is for 1 Bedroom, in a 3 Bedroom House.
House owner is a retired-Cuban American banking professional, considerate and responsible property owner.
The Rental Room will have own Fridge and Microwave, and TV connected to the House Wi-Fi network. Tenant can freely connect to the house Network for High-Speed Internet.
There is no stove or kitchen in the room. Prospects should be aware that food can be refrigerated in Room Fridge and meals can be done via warming in Microwave provided in room; or meals taken at outside food locations.
Prospects can visit at any time to see room, and to evaluate if location is convenient regarding transportation to educational and/or work centers, etc.
After visiting, owner can provide, or e mail, to an interested prospect a brief rental application for prospect to complete and return if finds that room features, location and transportation facilities appear satisfactory.
Tenants are expected to assist, or to be currently assisting, a local University, College, or Vocational Studies in Area, and will be expected to provide evidence of a few the following depending on personal circumstances: Student Enrollment. Ability to pay, and/or Fairly Satisfactory Credit Report. Clear Police Report (the owner can give the prospect how to access Police Records). Owner will be willing to make case-by-case exceptions on mutually convenient basis.
Looking for a respectful, considerate and responsible person. Guests visits during day may be acceptable depending on circumstances. Prospects are encouraged to text owner with personal details, and/or questions, which may help prospects and owner towards establishing mutually satisfactory information.
