The neighborhood is, simply, amazing. Quiet, family-oriented, green everywhere, totally safe. Free fiber-to-the-door wifi; free laundry/laundry soap. Free toilet paper. Unit has its own en-suite totally private bath (shower, sink, toilet), ceiling fan, ceiling fan, fridge, microwave, and (if you wish us to install) cooking facilities and kitchen sink. Great combination of independence, low-cost, safety, convenience and super-smart nice people. You'll never see them unless you seek them out, btw. Commercial laundry machine and dryer available 24x7. Come and go as you please. Delightful small smart/cute doggies (they love guests, but not all guests are dog-lovers!) We prefer longer-term guests but consider shorter-stays.
