The room has the following furniture: bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and a chair. You need to purchase a mattress. Monthly rental fee is $1,000.00. No security deposit.

The shared spaces are the living room/office, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Rent includes electricity, water, and high-speed internet.
Washer and Dryer unit are outside the apartment and work with quarters or a laundry app. Each load is between $1.75 - $2.50.
MUST LOVE DOGS If you're a dog lover, you'll feel right at home. Unfortunately, we can only have my dog, no other pets are allowed. The room is available for occupancy January 1st.

REQUIREMENTS: Cleanliness: Personal hygiene and the organization of your personal space, including laundry and bedding, are essential. Must keep the shared areas clean after use.
Respect Shared Spaces: While you have independence over your designated area, it's essential to consider the comfort and well-being of your other roommate. Keep shared spaces clean and organized, as it fosters a harmonious living environment.
Noise Regulations: this is a residential zone; noise compliance is mandatory. From 11:00 pm to 6:00 am Sunday through Thursday, and from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays, residents must maintain quiet hours. Avoid loud gatherings or disruptive noise during these designated times.
Cooking Restrictions: Cooking activities are restricted between the hours of 9:00 pm and 5:00 am. This policy ensures that late-night cooking does not disturb the rest of fellow residents and/or unattended cooking leading to fire alarms.
