Hello! I am an Indian girl and a doctorate student at the Miller School of Medicine, University of Miami. I have a room available for rent in a beautiful and spacious 2BHK apartment, with each bedroom having an attached bathroom. I'll be living in... one bedroom, and the other is available for rent starting April 4th.

I'm looking for a FEMALE roommate. The apartment is conveniently located close to Metrorail stations and is just a 10-minute walk to the Miller School of Medicine. There is also parking space available.

· Laundry room is located on the 2nd. Floor.

· Secured and gated building.

· Onsite maintenance man.

· Monthly maintenance in unit (a/c filter change, fumigation and preventive maintenance).

· Each adult we do a credit check/background check, copies of drivers licenses. $50 fee per adult.

· Move in is 1st. month, last month and security deposit..

· No pets allowed.
