I welcome you to my centrally-located house in Miami, 7 min. from the UM Medical Campus, 7 min. from the Design District, 8 min. from the airport, 9 min. from Wynwood, 16 min. from the beach. My cozy, comfortable... house offers the space and style you need. It has two bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room in an an open-space design, 1 bathroom, laundry, parking, and a big backyard with fruit and palm trees. Because I live here, when I'm away, this year I am away for a year, I only accept students with *good airbnb reviews* to enjoy it quietly among themselves. I will ask for your airbnb reviews. I will also send my neighbor to inspect the cleanliness of the house once a month at a date that is convenient to you. We offer cleaning services for $120.
