Very nice environment. Staff extremely friendly and willing to help whenever asked. Nice neighborhood within walking distance to Merrick Park. Very convenient being across the street from Milams Market. Have met some very friendly neighbors by the pool. New furniture around the pool and in the lobby looks beautiful

Apartment natural lighting is low, maintenance often disreagrds issues, there hasn't been wifi in the communal space for a while, communal spaces are often under renovation

Nice place great pool maintain staff is very quick and nice. However elevators are very iffy. The surrounding area is nice walkable to destinations.
