Building: Modern and safe. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars around Brickell and Downtown. Amenities include a complete gym, pool (33 meters), indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, study rooms, among others.
Walking distance to metro mover and metro rail. Commute to UM/Jackson hospital by car 5-10 min, 15 min by metro(depending on waiting time), 15-20 min biking.
Rent: The room for rent is monthly $2,250 + monthly electricity (evenly split), with all services included (Internet, cable, etc). First, last and security deposit month are needed to sign a contract. I’m happy to talk more about this.
