MIAMI BEACH GUEST HOUSE IN A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD
I am a UM faculty member renting out my cozy, quiet guest house in the heart of Miami Beach. The unit will be available starting April 1st. Very short drive to the UM Medical Campus (usually less than 15 minutes). Fifteen minute walk to the beach!... This minimally furnished guest house includes a queen size bed, white leatherette futon couch, chair, chest of drawers, small closet with shelves, kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, and new mini-split AC unit. You need to provide your own TV but a mount for a small TV is available. Electric and water are included in the cost of the rent. Parking for one car is available. The neighborhood is one of the best on Miami Beach and the backyard is wonderful for eating breakfast, reading a book, or studying! There is a tree right by the guest house that attracts butterflies. :)
I am flexible in terms of the length of the lease but have a one-month minimum. The unit does not contain a washer/dryer. Tenants must provide their own bed linens, pillows, bath towels, kitchenware, and utensils. The rent is $1180-1260 per month depending on the length of occupancy -- cash only (receipts provided immediately). The security deposit is half a month’s rent and will be returned (assuming no damage to the unit) except for a move-out cleaning fee of about $60. No pets.
I will be able to show the unit starting around March 19th. **The unit is only available for rent until December 16, 2025 (through end of Fall semester).**
