AC out for days, management takes weeks to respond to emails and is condescending, elevators out for months, if i could give this building 0 starts i would. Building poorly made and over priced

Elevators always out of service. AC always having problems. Management never inform status of the Elevators operation. Management is never on site during the weekend.
Expensive and worthless the money

For a building that's been open a little over a year, it surely has its issues. The elevators are constantly broken down and it seems like only 1 works at a time. Constant problems with the ac and water with that latest outage happening today with no notification or updates. That last outage was in February 2022 that lasted 2 days with no initial notification to residents. Packages are constantly being misplaced, lost, or given to the incorrect apartment. Areas around the building smell... like pet urine. The building amenities are always out of service so residents don't get to fully enjoy them. Like most apartments in Miami, these aren't worth the price. The only positives are the friendly staff and location.
