This is a fully-furnished, private bedroom with a new, extra-long single bed, 6-drawer dresser, work desk, and closet space. Linens and towels are provided. The bathroom is shared but kept extremely clean. Wi-fi (1 gig) and all other utilities... included. You may use the kitchen and share the kitchen 'fridge. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and is a little neighborhood pocket that is surrounded by Coral Gables and South Miami. The University of Miami campus is less than a mile away. The house itself is over 4200sf, so there is plenty of breathing space. It's on 1.3 acres of land with lots of vegetation, so there's kind of a country-in-the-city feel. The house is a 1950s ranch-style, so if you need new and contemporary, this isn't the place for you; but if you want a peaceful setting and a casual, country-like environment, this fits the bill. There is plenty of parking in the driveway on the property. Numerous stores, shops, restaurants, etc. are nearby. I live here and am quiet. There also are medical or UM students residing here. This is a pleasant environment for a quiet guest, and interaction is as much or as little as you prefer.
