We were very lucky to secure an apartment here. They made us feel like we were super important when we came and my partner wanted a 2 bedroom and they had one ready for us the next week. Thank you to everyone that helped us and making us feel safe.

I really love the area. It has everything I need as a photographer to promote my business. The building is gorgeous with a huge gym and the resort pool is shutterbug worthy. The people are openly nice to everyone as well.

This place is amazing! I was asked to put a review in to tell everyone about my experience here at Caoba! We have been here for 2 years now and the new staff is night and day from the office that was here. Everyone now is so eager to help and it seems like things get fixed or painted everyday. That's what counts you guys in order to keep us here and happy. Thank you to everyone here for working hard everyday to make this place my home! I am more than happy to put a review in, and I have to say... that the service guy was very nice in approaching me to do so. Perfect!
