cottage is situated detached from the main house. with it's private entrance. The entry has a iron gate with lock and key, once inside you will be welcomed with a lush garden with blooming orquids, cascading from tree trucks and native palm trees... and landscape lighting during the evening on the pebbles floor. There are 2 rocking chairs at the entry for lazy afternoons.
It is fully furnished with an upholstered cream colored queen bed, a bench at the end of the bed, a small desk with task chair, wall shelves for books and a small dinning table with 2 chairs.. It has a 42" flat screen TV, wall hung with high speed internet service included in the rent.
The kitchen has new wood cabinets with full cooking stove, and exhaust out smelly orders, microwave, and working solid surface counter with full marble tiled backslash.
It also has a full built-in closet and a linen closet. Bathroom includes full shower with shower head and handheld handles, individual cabinet with extra storage. All floors are vinyl wood for easy cleaning. All walls are clean white with window treatments to comfort in the evenings and all the lights are hi-hats.
All fixtures are white, with black accent lights. It was 3 windows with natural light through the day looking at our beautiful blue skies, in the morning you will hear birds swinging and butterflies through the garden. It is a little jewel. Read More
