Comfortable Furnished Bedroom in Quiet, Safe Neighborhood Close to UM Campus

This comfortable room has a single bed, nightstand, a desk, an antique dresser, and a clothes closet in the room. There is a mini fridge in the room. The bathroom is detached and shared, and is kept very clean. You may use the kitchen, and washer and... dryer.. Linens and towels are provided. Wi-fi (1 gig) and all other utilities included. You may use the kitchen and share the kitchen 'fridge. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room in the house.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and is a little neighborhood pocket that is surrounded by Coral Gables and South Miami. The University of Miami campus is less than a mile away. The house itself is over 4200sf, so there is plenty of breathing space. It's on 1.3 acres of land with lots of vegetation, so there's kind of a country-in-the-city feel. The house is a mid-century modern, so if you need new and contemporary, this isn't the place for you; but if you want a peaceful setting and a casual, country-like environment, this fits the bill.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway on the property.
Numerous stores, shops, restaurants, etc. are nearby.
I am quiet, and have a little dog. There also are other UM students residing here. This is a pleasant environment for a quiet guest.
