They started great, but a new management company recently started and it's been awful.
Have lived in the building since May, and the experience was overall good (4/5) - the last 2 weeks to a month have been awful. They've removed the concierge, one of the main reasons we chose the building, they've stopped responding to maintenance requests, there are routine water shutoffs, today the water was shut off all morning without notice, and my packages keep returning undeliverable because the doors... are always locked and no one is available to accept them (they sit in the back office away from the doors). I've attempted to both email and call the number and not only do not get an answer, but there is no way to leave a message.
The building is fine (very small gym, subpar business center), but we knew those things going into the lease. We did NOT know that management would completely change the tone and make our experience at a "luxury" apartment so poor. Unless management gets their act together quickly, we will not be renewing our lease.

LUXURIOUS? The zip code is not even Coral Gables. I as a current resident have been robbed from my garage. My scooter with a parking decal to the “gates” that are still not in function was taken. Safety is never a certainty but you would expect to at least feel it in a brand new building in 21st century to be fully equipped with cameras and gated garages for residents. Apartment buildings in Coral Gables built in the 90’s feel better than this.

It has no 24H concierge, no bicycle parking, or assigned parking, the floor finishes are bad, soundproofing. In addition, monthly extras apart from the rent that have no impact on the maintenance of the building, which falls into the poor. DISAPPOINTING

We're very sorry this incident happened to you. We strive on making our residents happy where they call home. It's unfortunate that crime happens everywhere. The garage bars for residents are in working order and we do indeed have... cameras throughout the parking garage area as well as our amenity areas.
