Beautiful, modern cottage behind main house with separate entrance, surrounded by trees, butterflies, singing birds, and very peaceful setting.The cottage has new high end appliances, and is furnished. It includes; high speed internet, electricity,... cable, water, bed linens, towels, TV, kitchen utensils, emergency kit, iron, ironing board, extra storage space, impact windows and door. One cleaning INCLUDED per month, and Wash and Fold also included. Grad students preferred. No pets and no smoking. 1 person only. The cottage is located in Shenandoah, it is close to UM Medical Campus, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Key Biscayne, and Miami International Airport. References required.
