Karl Fong Yee was born and raised in Miami, Florida, with deep roots in Venezuela and Jamaica. During his down time, Karl enjoys spending time with his wife and their three kids. He is a huge sports fanatic as basketball and football are his favorite sports but has taken an interest in reading, golf, and cycling as well. Karl finds joy with music, dance and art. Suprisingly, appreciation of planting and meditation is a big part of who Karl is. Due to his persistent focus in family, personal development, and business, Karl’s ultimate goal is to lead, impact lives, and motivate others through work ethic and personal life experience. More importantly, he simply enjoys inspiring people to know themselves and have self-confidence. As of July 2022, Karl Fong Yee has become the President of Advyzors with The Keyes Company (leading independent brokerage since 1926). Advyzors is a real estate group, brokered by The Keyes Company and expansion of Keyes Florida Office. He looks forward to serving excellence to our local market and real estate community. The group’s mission is to help everyone live in the space they dream of. He was previously part of The Riley Smith Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, (leading real estate group/brokerage in the industry) since 2016 as the Director of Operations. Within this position, Karl actively managed several departments in the company including recruitment, sales and training, income organization, and transaction improvements. Before joining The Riley Smith Group, Karl worked at Regions Bank for 10 years. He began his journey as a Teller and made his way up to Financial Sales Specialist and then Assistant Branch Manager, until finally becoming the Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager. Karl generated substantial revenue and turned this non-performing branch into a top Chairman’s Club winner for five consecutive years. Consequently, the branch became part of the top 10 percent performers of the footprint of the company. While at Regions, he was selected to be part of Region’s Young Professional and Emerging Leaders Program and gained an extensive amount of experience in leadership and development. Karl has been a member of the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce since 2013 and won the Golden Coconut Award in 2016 for “Up & Comer of the Year”. He also held the position of co-director of education for NAHREP South Florida in 2022, the largest Hispanic organization in the country that educates Hispanic communities on homeownership. Today, Karl continues to give back and positively impact our communities as he founded KAFY Limitless Minds in the beginning of 2018, which is now SERVN. Philanthropy is definitely a commitment in his vision.
