Rental is for a 1-bedroom in a 2-bedroom house, with one 1 Bathroom. Entrance to Room via Main House Entrance. Therefore, the One Bathroom will be a Shared Bathroom with the Owner. The house owner is a retired banking professional with a son and... daughter who live away, in the Miami area. The owner responsibly manages the room rental. We have previously rented to young females, but the room and shared bathroom would generally be more suitable for male prospects. The Rental Room has a Fridge and a Microwave, and a TV connected to the House Network. Tenant can connect to the house Network for free High-Speed Internet. Other than a Microwave, there is no stove or kitchen in the room, and occupants should be aware that meals are via microwave warming or outside self-service. That one bedroom is to be the main occupancy area by the tenant. Tenant will, naturally, have house keys and full exit and access at will. The Owner is the only occupant and uses the Main Bedroom and the house's Living Room, which is also used as the owner's part-time office. The bathroom in the House has a Bathtub and a Shower, which will be regularly cleaned and maintained. The tenant can select which bathtub or shower is their preference to use on a daily basis. Room to be available after May 19, 2025. Prospects can visit at any time to see the room size, location, and convenience, etc. After visiting, if the Applicant appears acceptable to the Owner, the Applicant will receive an Application in Word via e-mail, to be filled out and returned to the Owner. Tenant is expected to assist, or to be assisting a local University, College, or Vocational Studies, and will be expected to provide evidence of the following: Student Enrollment; Ability to pay, and/or Fairly Satisfactory Credit Report. Clear Police Report (the owner can give the prospect how to access Police Record Sources). The owner will be willing to make case-by-case convenient exceptions, and the Owner and Tenant, both, will need to feel comfortable with the prospective occupancy.
