I love living here. I feel I am close to just about everything, shopping, restaurants, public transportation, etc. And the management company is very responsive and the ladies in the office super friendly. Come and enjoy the most beautiful pool in Kendall!

Wether you’re looking for an apartment or a townhouse, Green House Dadeland offers both. Rachel and Silvia were extremely helpful in finding what best fit me. The location is also very convenient! I’m so happy with the decision I made with moving in to Green House.

Living at Green House Dadeland has been a great experience! I've been here for just over a year, and all of the tenants in the building are nice and friendly and all of the staff from the management/leasing office to maintenance crew are welcoming and helpful. The building is clean and quiet and my unit is very spacious and has plenty of closets. The building is in a great location with Target right across the street, I can even walk to Dadeland. You also get an excellent selection of restaurants right by you or on any delivery app, especially now as i've been working from home. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a new apartment!

This building is amazing. You can live in a townhouse or an apartment. Both are extremely spacious! Staff and management treats you like you are family which means a lot to me since most of my family is far away. Rachel and Silvia have been very very helpful from the beginning. The area is nice and we love it so much here that we renewed to stay yet another year! Thank you!

I absolutely love living at Green House and would recommend this building to anyone looking for an apartment in Miami. Besides the fact that the location is super convenient and central, the building itself is fantastic. Maintenance does a great job with the building and with attending to any tenant needs. They respond to work orders very quickly and make sure the tenants are 100% satisfied. The units themselves are spacious and comfortable with high ceilings, new appliances, and amazing closets! Everyone in the management office is friendly and helpful as well! They all do a wonderful job making sure Green House really feels like home!
