Beautiful 850sqft 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo unit in Coral Gables! The unit is a corner unit on the 1st floor of a very elegant and well-maintained, quiet, ~30-unit, condo building.... Central AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, lots of kitchen storage. Spacious living area, one large master bedroom with a ton of closet space, and one smaller bedroom with its own large closet (the room fits a full/queen bed and desk, we use it as as an office/guest room). The unit is in great condition. Tile floors, impact windows and doors. Building has a gorgeous pool right outside the front door. The best part is the huge private wrap-around backyard with a tiled patio and big beautiful tree - perfect for working outside on your thesis or dissertation! Excellent Coral Gables location on a quiet tree-lined street and walkable to a great Publix and restaurants including Tinta y Cafe (great Cuban coffee), and <1 mile on foot to Miracle Mile or you can catch the trolley right on Ponce de Leon for free.
The landlords are a wonderful married couple who are communicative, responsive, and very kind. The building has a very responsive HOA/management company as well. The unit is *pet-friendly* for small dogs or cats (<20 lb). No smoking. 1 parking space is included in a street-level gated lot and this parking space is steps from your front door! For 2-car households, street parking is also free, no permit required, and very easy - we have never had any issues getting a spot. The landlords pay water bill and trash, you pay electric + WiFi. Landlords are asking $2900/month for a 2-year lease. 2 year lease is preferred, but they may consider a shorter lease for the right tenants.
Preferred move in date is around June 15th, but is flexible if you need to move slightly earlier or later. For serious inquirers, I (current tenant) am happy to do FaceTime tours or in-person tours!
